The first game was played locally Friday evening at the Fergus Falls Hockey arena against the Detroit Lakes Squirt B white team. Otter Ty Jyrkas scored the first goal for Fergus in the second period. In the third period, Otter William Mikkelson scored 2 goals, 1 with assists from Bobby Baker and Keaton Babolian and the last goal in the third period being scored by Bobby Baker. The Otters won 4-3.

Saturday, the team traveled to Wahpeton, ND and played the BW Squirt C Blades. The Otters dominated the game scoring 4 goals in the first period, 2 goals by Bobbie Baker, 1 goal by Aadreyan Lopez and 1 goal by Corban Proffit. In the second period one goal was scored by Brody Nelson and during the 3rd period 1 goal by Lopez. The Otters won the game 6-1.
