“Traveling to Battle Lake is always a challenge because Jenny and her teams always play so hard. Tonight was no different,” said B-E Head Coach Kelly Olson.  “I was pleased that we jumped out to good sized leads in each of the three sets to help us play relaxed, which, I think, put more pressure on Battle Lake. We did a great job in serve receive tonight as well as taking care of free ball opportunities throughout the match. We served aggressively all match. All of our misses were very close to being in. We were efficient with the ball and did a great job attacking the block. The players have worked very hard on a number fundamental skills over the past couple of weeks and it was that effort that really helped tonight.”

Leaders for the Chargers were Kailee Klimek (18/19 serving, 4 aces, 5 kills, 4 digs), Bailey Schaefer (1 ace, 12 kills, 4 digs, 1 block), Brittany Korkowski (18/21 serving, 2 aces, 2 kills,2  digs), Mikenna Pattrin (18 kills, 3 blocks) and Korrie Randt (31 set assists, 10/11 serving, 1 ace, 3 blocks, 3 digs).
