The Wolverines scored three runs in the first inning and added five in the second inning to take control of the game. Wadena-Deer Creek collected 12 hits on the day with multiple hits coming from Noah Roers, Wyatt Hamann, Colby Schertler, Zach Shaw, Justin Dykhoff and Payton Rondestvedt.
Ottertail Central collected nine hits with Cole Brandner, Braden Guy and Drake Larsen each managing two hits.
