Underwood hosted Battle Lake in a Little Eight Conference boys’ basketball contest on Thursday night and the Rockets took a 43-24 halftime lead and maintained that margin throughout the second half to record a 78-58 victory over the Battlers.

In front of a full gym on Thursday night, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy hosted the Pelican Rapids Vikings in a highly competitive non-conference matchup. The Comets battled throughout, but ultimately fell to the Vikings by a final score of 57–48.
