The Fergus Falls girls’ golf team placed eighth at the Bemidji Invitational on Friday with a team score of 394.  Minnewaska Area won the event with a 334 and Pequot Lakes took runner-up honors with a 347.  Genevieve Birkeland of the Patriots was the medalist with a 74 and Kianna Johnson of Walker-Hackensack-Akeley was second with a 78.  Annie Mayer led the Otters with an 87, finishing eighth individually.”
