Hawley senior Sophie Cook took runner-up honors in the Class AA State Girls Golf Tournament at Ridges at Sand Creek, recording a two-day total of 152 (77-75) and finishing four strokes behind Pequot Lakes senior Genevieve Birkeland who won the individual title with a 148 (73-75).  Detroit Lakes won the team title with a 646 (320-326).  Freshman Sophie Christianson led the Lakers with a 157 (74-83), tying for fourth place.
