The Class A Boys and Girls Track and Field Meet got underway on Tuesday at St. Michael-Albertville High School with finals in several field events and preliminary races in the running events.  Finals in Class A will be held on Wednesday afternoon, beginning at 3:30pm.  The Class AAA meet also held their first session on Tuesday, while Class AA begins on Wednesday.  Here are the results for area athletes from day one of the Class A meet.

The Hillcrest Comet Track & Field team competed in the Section 6A Sub-Section 21 Meet on Thursday, May 22nd.  It was a beautiful day, and our athletes responded with a great performance. We have 12 athletes in Nine different events moving on to the Section Meet.  

Osakis won the Men’s Title with 137 and the Comets were 9th/12 teams with 27 points.  Minnewaska won the Women’s title with 143 and the Comets earned 44 to place 8th/12 teams.  For full results go to www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/meet/613109/results
