The Hawley Nuggets traveled to Perham Thursday to resume play in the 2025 Section 8AA Baseball Tournament. Hawley took on the top-seeded Perham Yellowjackets at Al Kruger Field to begin the day. The Yellowjackets looked to begin its path to win its third straight Section 8AA title. Hawley, meanwhile, would attempt to do whatever it could to derail their hopes. On a mostly overcast afternoon with winds blowing out to center at 10-15 MPH, the Nuggets and Jackets would give the fans a fantastic ballgame.
