On a beautiful night for baseball, the Fergus Falls Otters hit the road to Alexandria to face the CLC-leading Cardinals at historic Knute Nelson Ballpark.  

Game 1 was a classic pitcher’s duel, with both teams trading punches on the mound. In the end, Alexandria executed a perfectly timed squeeze bunt in the sixth inning to push across the go-ahead run, edging out Fergus Falls 2-1.

Fergus Falls flipped the script in Game 2, erupting for six runs in the fifth inning to enforce the 10-run rule and earn a much needed 11-1 win over Alexandria, handing the Cardinals their first CLC loss on the season.
