The Rothsay Tigers took home a 3-1 (25-13, 17-25, 25-19, 25-11) Little Eight Conference volleyball win from Ashby on Thursday night.  “It was a great team effort with 11 different players seeing court time and contributing positively to the match win,” commented Rothsay head coach Tanya Kort. “All four seniors played and had great court presence both on the net and in the backcourt, but Brooklyn Weiers really stood out to me offensively.  She and Lisa Kjelgaard showed their leadership skills keeping everyone in the game during the second set when Ashby got hot with their serving and blocking. We are looking to keep this momentum going into next week with a tough 3 match schedule.”
