The Fergus Falls Otter Girls Swim and Dive team placed first at the Section 8A True Team meet on Friday. There were excellent races throughout, but as they've done all season long, the Otters excelled in their relays. They placed 3rd in the medley relay, 1st and 6th in the 200 freestyle relay, and 1st, 6th, and 7th in the 400 freestyle relay. Other top finishers include Estee VerSteeg placing first in the 200 freestyle and 100 freestyle, Ella Kwapinski placing 2nd in the 200 IM, and Karlie Petersen placing 2nd in the 100 breaststroke. The Otters will head to True Team State on Saturday, October 17th.
