The Hillcrest girls soccer team played in Pelican Rapids on a very windy Saturday.  The girls were making good passes,  marking up on defense and fighting for the ball.  Pelican was playing tough and the girls fought back.  Freshman Alexa Ewan and Sophomore Maggie Mark had shots on goal.  But it was Junior Elizabeth Ystebo who got the goal and her parents made it all the way from Norway to see it happen.  Sophomore McKinlee Ballweg had eleven saves.  In the end, Pelican Rapids got 3 goals and Hillcrest had 1.
