Charlie Larson of Pelican Rapids and Owen Winter of DGF placed eighth and ninth, respectively, at the Class A Boys Cross Country State Meet on Saturday at the Les Bolstad Golf Course on the campus of the University of Minnesota.  Two other area runners placed in the top 15 with Carter Kjesbo of West Central Area coming in 14th and Brady Rach of Bertha-Hewitt taking 15th.
