Perham captured first place at the Section 8A Boys’ Cross Country Meet on Friday, scoring 42 points.  Park Rapids Area was second with 48.  The Yellowjackets Bjorn Anderson was the individual champion.  Individual qualifiers for state include Charlie Larson from Pelican Rapids, Taylor Johnson, Thor Erickson and Seth Torgerson of Lake Park-Audubon, Owen Winter of Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton and Benjamin Geeslin of Hawley.
