Breckenridge High School senior Noah Christensen is among the twelve student-athletes who have been selected as Finalists for the 2019 McDonald Award to be presented by the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association. The McDonald Award is presented annually to the outstanding Senior Player of the Year.  The award recipient will be announced and presented the award in late March or early April.  Each of the Finalists will be presented with a McDonald Award medal. 

As of noon today(latest forecast) most of our region is in a winter storm warning starting

tomorrow and going all day Saturday. 5-8 inches of snow predicted for most of our schools.

The committee Chair and vice chair along with the region Secretary have postponed the games for

Saturday Mar 9. Safety is our first concern for all teams and fans. 

All boys games on Saturday Mar 9 have been postponed until Monday Mar 11.

These games include

5A boys Basketball at Pequot Lakes and Foley.

6A games at Concordia and Morris also postponed until Monday Mar 11

8AA games scheduled at Concordia postponed until Monday Mar 11.
