The Parkers Prairie Panthers took care of business on their home court Friday night, handing the Battle Lake boys basketball team an 87-64 defeat.

Travis Yohnke and Alex Koep led the Panthers with 25 and 23 points, respectively.

Battle Lake was paced by Riley Leabo with 22 points.  Nick VanErp and Eli Carlson added 14 and 13 points, respectively.

"Not a great game for us and Parkers could do anything they wanted," said Battle Lake Head Coach CJ Peeters.  "We weren't executing on defense at all, missed a lot of bunnies and played a tough team at home who played their game well.  Another tough matchup coming and we can't dwell on how we played tonight."

Battle Lake (5-10) will travel to Osakis for a game on Tuesday night.

The Panthers (12-3) remain tied with Ashby for the Little Eight Conference lead with a record of 7-1.
