Lady Chargers Lose in Browerville

Browerville/Eagle Valley jumped out to a 32-19 halftme lead on the way to a 59-44 victory over the Brandon-Evansville girls basketball team on Thursday night in Browerville.

 

“We had some trouble with their quick guards and they shot really well,” said Brandon-Evansville Head Coach Sam Lange. “We got in some foul trouble in the first half and couldn’t climb out of the hole we dug ourselves.”

Mikenna Pattrin poured in 24 points to spark the Chargers, making 12-of-17 field goal attempts. Brittany Korkowski grabbed a team high 5 rebounds, Sara Jacobson distributed 4 assists and had 3 steals, and Madison Quinn finished with 7 points.

The Tigers were led by Megan Benning with 18 points and Zoe Hillmer with 16.
