The Brandon-Evansville Boys' Basketball team fell to a talented Osakis team 59-46 in Evansville on Tuesday night.

“There is a reason why Osakis is 14-0,” said Chargers Head Coach Trent Hintermeister. “They are talented on both sides of the floor and play poised when it matters down the stretch, give them credit for their win. We were missing Marshall Riedel tonight and we had guys really step up and play big minutes for us. Tyler Bitzan saw a ton of playing time tonight and played well. I know it's a cliche thing to say, but we are truly getting better each night we play. I love this group of kids.”

Brandon-Evansville shot 50% (18-36) from the field and made 40% (6-15) of their 3-point attempts. Keagan Schiele scored 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting, had 3 steals and 2 assists. Bitzan scored 11 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.

The Chargers (6-8) will try to snap their three game losing skid when they play at Hillcrest Lutheran Academy in Fergus Falls on Friday night.
