Otters Manage Just 10 Shots in 5-0 Loss at Warroad

The Fergus Falls boys hockey team managed just ten shots on goal Friday night in Warroad as they fell to the Warriors by the score of 5-0.  Warroad has won four straight games and has allowed only two goals during that winning streak.

Warroad scored two first period goals with Owen Meeker scoring from Grant Slukynsky and Hunter Pelland at 5:33 and Pelland scoring from Sky Solig and Saizha Norwegian at 7:49.

The Warriors increased their lead to 3-0 with a power play goal from Blake Norris at 6:45 of the second period.  Slukynsky and Meeker assisted on the goal.  At 9:11 Anthony Foster scored from Slukynsky to make it 4-0.

Foster finished the scoring at 5:16 of the third period with assists from Slukynsky and Meeker.

Fergus Falls (4-6-2) will play in Crookston on Saturday at 1:00pm.
