Browerville-Eagle Valley Collects 15 Hits in 17-7 Victory over Owls

Browerville-Eagle Valley collected 15 hits that led to 17 runs on Friday as they recorded a 17-7 victory over the Hancock Owls in a non-conference high school baseball game.  Seven Hancock errors led to six unearned runs. 

 

Logan Thom (3-5, 2B, 6RBI, R), Ben Host (3-4, 2SB, 2RBI, 4R), Christian Tobas (2-5, 2 2B, SB, 3RBI, 3R) and Aiden Hatchard (2-4, 2B, 3B, RBI, 2R) were the hitting leaders for Browerville-Eagle Valley.  Thom (3IP, 4H, 5R, 0ER, 2BB, 3K) was the winning pitcher.

The Owls were led by Eli Mattson (1-4, SB, 2RBI), Chase Evink (1-4, 2B, 2R), Gavin Blair (1-1, RBI, R) and Cole Evink (1-2, RBI, R).  Hancock had a total of 5 hits in the game.
