Senior Jaden Miller of the Fergus Falls boys’ track and field team is the Olson Oil Company Athlete of the Week. Miller was a double event winner on Saturday, leading the Otters to a third place finish at the Central Lakes Conference Indoor Meet which was held at St. John’s University McNeely Field house.
“Jaden Miller had a stellar day running a new meet record in the 1600m run and winning in an overall time of 4 minutes 29 seconds,” reported Coach Derek Meyer. “This is such a great time this early in the season and indoors on a smaller track size. Jaden also won the 800m run with a time of 2:03.”
Miller also ran on the 4x400 meter relay team, which finished in eighth place with a time of 3:50.50.
