Parkers Prairie won their non-conference girls’ basketball game with Henning on Thursday night, 61-25. “We had a slow start tonight but turned things around and played very solid defensively in the second half,” stated head coach Hunter Haggenmiller of the Panthers. “This opened things up for our offense as we finished strong. It was a great night to celebrate our three seniors: Annie Bode, Ellie Koep, and Hayley Johnson. They led the way for us to earn a win tonight and win our regular season finale on our home court."
Ellie Koep and Alyssa Revering each had 16 points to lead the Panthers. Evy Grinager notched a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Henning was led by Alivia Emter with 6 points.
Parkers Prairie finishes the regular season with a record of 16-10.
Henning will finish their regular season on Friday night in Battle Lake.
