Senior gymnast Aubrey Seedorf of the Fergus Falls Otters is the Olson Oil Company Athlete of the Week, following several record setting performances in the Otters two dual meets last week. The team established a new school scoring record on Senior night when the scored 138.375 in a win over Brainerd and then broke that scoring mark later in the week with 143.45 points in a win over Perham and Moorhead at a triangular hosted by the Spuds.
Against Brainerd, Seedorf established a career high with a score of 9.100 in winning the vault competition. She also won the floor exercise and had the top all-around score (35.200).
In the triangular at Moorhead, Seedorf won the vault (9.20), beam (9.35), floor exercise (9.55) and All-Around (37.075), while finishing as runner-up on bars (8.975). Her All-Around score and her score on the bars are School records, while her scores in the other events are all career high scores for her.
