The M State lady Spartans won the first set of the MCAC Southern Division volleyball match at Alexandria on Saturday, however, the Legends came back to win 3 straight sets to take the match, 3-1 (13-25, 25-12, 25-20, 25-13). 

The lady Spartans were led by Madi Foss (12 kills), Katie Hess (17 digs, 2 assists), Kaisa Jones (23 set assists, 3 kills, 9 digs, 4 aces), Lucy Meier (7 kills), Felicity LeBlanc (6 digs, 4 kills, 1 assist) and Brooklyn Christianson (4 kills, 7 digs).

M State will host Trinity Bible College on Tuesday night in Fergus Falls.
