“I am really happy with the way we closed out the first half,” reported Fergus Falls Head Coach Josh Steer.  “Hattie Fullhart really played well in that stretch.  I was also pleased that we were able to keep the momentum going as we established control of the game early in the second half.  It was a great team win for us.  We rebounded the ball well and transitioned into our offense well.”

Cyntreya Lockett had a double-double (16 points, 10 rebounds), Hattie Fullhart finished with 17 points and 4 rebounds, and Karley Braeger made three 3’s on the way to a team high 21 points.  The Otters had 29 field goals in the game and made 16-of-23 free throws.  Brynn Sternberg and Bella Anderson each had 7 rebounds for the Otters.

Roseau senior Janna Preteau paced the Rams with 18 points.  Kayla Bachleitner and Reagan Kvien scored 9 points each.

The Otters will now face Perham at ‘The Hive’ at 7:00pm Saturday night.
