The Underwood Rockets built a 42-19 halftime lead on Monday night and went on to record a 72-38 win over Sebeka in non-conference boys’ basketball action.  “We brought much more intensity and pressure tonight than we have in our last few games, and it carried over to the offensive side tonight, knocking down 14 threes,” noted Head Coach Kellen Shebeck of Underwood. “We rebounded very well, and we need to continue to do that every night. Very proud of the guys and their adjustments they made tonight!”

Drew Evavold scored all 17 of his team leading points in the first half.  Hudson Risbrudt and Gavin Pausch each scored 15 points.  Noah Link and Kaleb Hammes added 9 and 8 points, respectively.

Underwood (7-8, 4-5 LEC) has conference games at Rothsay Tuesday night and at Parkers Prairie on Friday.

Sebeka will host Henning on Saturday night.
