Grand Rapids won the 2023 MNGWL Region 8 Wrestling Qualifier on Saturday with 183.5 points.  Second place went to Detroit Lakes with 131 and DGF was third with 128.5.  Other area teams competing were Wadena-Deer Creek (95.5), Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale (89), Fergus Falls (85.5), Frazee-Vergas (78), Barnesville (71), Perham (59), Pelican Rapids (35) and United Clay Becker (34).
