The Ottertail Central 13U Babe Ruth Baseball team suffered a 17-7 loss to Hawley in pool play at the 2022 Non-Advancing State Tournament and will now move into the quarterfinals of the championship bracket on Saturday at 10:00am at Tony Kawlewski Field in Henning. The game was tied at 7-7 with Hawley batting in the bottom of the sixth.
Max Grove (3-4), Trinity Baker, Dawson Bushman and William Schwartz all managed multiple hits in the contest.
Hawley had 12 hits in the game and stole ten bases.
