Bucks Push Across Winning Run in Eighth Inning

The Breckenridge Bucks broke a 4-4 tie when Jared Aamold singled to knock in a run in the bottom of the eighth inning on Wednesday.  Breckenridge went on to post a 5-4 victory over Hawley in an Amateur Baseball contest in Breckenridge.

Wes Johnson (6IP, 8K) was the starting pitcher for Breckenridge and Hunter Wamre struck out three batters in his 3 inning relief appearance.  Mason Kleugaard (4.2IP, 5K, 2R, 3H) took the loss for Hawley.

Leading hitters for the Bucks were Jace Hegge and Brayden Wahl with two apiece.

Hawley was led by Matt Samuelson (2-4, RBI), Nick Lund (2-4, SB) and Nathan Letner (2H, RBI).  Ethan Ibach drove in two runs for Hawley.
