In game one the Otters led 6-5 after four innings and added three more in the fifth to pad their lead. Sauk Rapids-Rice got two runs back in the sixth but could not close the gap further. Rylynn Krein (7IP, 7H, 7R, 0ER, 7K, 2BB) was the winning pitcher. Krein (2-4, 2B, 2RBI, R) also had a good day at the plate. Other hitting leaders for the Otters were Karyssa Eberle (2-4, 2RBI, 2R), Elizabeth Moxness (2-4, 2R), Kellen Frigaard (1-2, RBI, R, BB) and Madi Budke (1-4, RBI).
Eberle (7IP, 3H, 2R, 0ER, 8K, 2BB) was the winning pitcher in game two. The Otters were led offensively by Moxness (3-4, 2RBI, 2R), Krein (2-5, 2B, 2RBI, R), Eberle (2-5, RBI, R), Budke (2-4, RBI, 2R, 2SB), Gabby Brimhall (1-4, 2B, 2RBI, R) and Frigaard (1-4, 2RBI, R).
