“This was a good win for us to start off section play as we felt overall with played with good energy on both ends of the floor,” stated Pelican Rapids Head Coach John Gullingsrud. “We were active defensively and shared the ball well on offense, which is what the focus for us was going into the game.”  

Timmy Guler had a team high 20 points and Ian Fahje scored 18 points.  Brayden Ecker added 11.

Nathan Johannsen scored 16 to lead the Hornets.     

Pelican Rapids will host Fergus Falls on Saturday at 7:00pm.
