Alexandria Swimmers and Divers Dominate Section 5A Meet

The Alexandria Cardinals were dominant at the Section 5A Boys’ Swimming and Diving meet on Friday and Saturday, winning the team title with 572 points and sending athletes to state in every event, including several individual state champs.

Melrose/Sauk Centre finished in second place with 463 points, followed by Fergus Falls 279, Park Rapids 238, Detroit Lakes 175, Thief River Falls 153, Perham/New York Mills 128 and Morris Area 85.
