“This was a nice team win on our home floor,” said Henning Head Coach Randy Misegades. “We got back to playing as a group and moved the ball really effectively.”
The Hornets shot 59% (32-54) from the floor and made 37% (9-24) of their 3’s. Henning had 22 assists on their 32 made baskets. The Hornets took good care of the ball, committing only 9 turnovers in the game.
Henning was led by Tyson Misegades (20 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds), Mason Hammer (18 points, 4 assists, 8 rebounds, 3 steals), Tanner Arndt (15 points, 4 assists, 5 steals) and Kale Misegades (10 points, 5 assists, 3 steals).
Henning (17-4) ended a 3 game losing streak with the win. They will travel to Menahga on Tuesday night.
Bertha-Hewitt travels to Swanville on Thursday.
