“DGF is a ball club that can really score in bunches,” said Hawley Head Coach Nathan Stoa. “Tonight we gave up too many of those bunches early on. We got back to our style a little more in the second half, but just had too many mental lapses to complete the comeback.”
Hawley was led by 19 points from Brevin Stoa and 17 from Sam Senske. Brady Gratton and Hayden Grani added 15 and 14 points, respectively.
DGF (6-3) will play at Frazee on Friday night, while Hawley (8-3) will try to end a 3 game losing skid when they play at Perham on Friday.
