The Lady Cards took on Bemidj and turned the tables on them with a convincing 20 point win in Alexandria on Friday night. Alexandria had lost a two-point game to the Jacks on the road on January 4. “We hit the court focused and energized as we executed efficiently on both ends of the floor for a solid team win,” reported Head Coach Wendy Kohler.
Scoring was paced by MaCee Linow with 21, Hadley Thul 16, Allie Haabala 9, Tessa McGrane 5, Chloe Scholl 3, and Lauren Beyer 2. Scholl and Hadley Thul led on the boards with 7 each. Haabala dished out 4 assists while Linow, Ellie Heydt and Beyer each tacked on 2. Hadley Thul had the Block Alert going with 4 big blocks in the paint.
Next up is a Section game on Tuesday on the road at Detroit Lakes.
