Barnesville led 31-22 at halftime and then put up 45 second half points on the way to a 76-51 boys’ basketball victory over Park Rapids Area on Tuesday. Barnesville hit 53% (30-56) of their shots and 38% (5-13) of their 3’s, while forcing 28 turnovers on the night.
Leaders for the Trojans were Noah Krause (21 points, 3 assists, 5 steals), Kaden Zenzen (19 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, 2 blocks) and Zach Bredman (19 points, 5 rebounds, 2 steals). Cam Heng pulled down 8 rebounds, dished out 3 assists and came up with 4 steals.
Barnesville improved to 8-3 on the season. The Trojans are 3-1 in the Heart O’ Lakes Conference.
