Otter Girls Hit 11 3's in Road Win at St. Cloud

Fergus Falls made 11 3-pointers on Tuesday night and held a 41-28 edge on the boards as the Otters girls’ posted a 67-51 road win over the St. Cloud Crush at St. Cloud Apollo High School.  The win puts the Otters at 8-3 on the season.

Tori Ratz connected on five 3’s in the game and had a team leading 21 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 6 assists.  Ellie Colbeck contributed 15 points, including four 3’s, secured 5 rebounds and dished out 6 assists.  Ainsley Hansen finished with 8 points and 8 rebounds, Hannah Polejewski added 4 points and 7 boards, and Karley Braeger chipped in with 5 points and 3 assists.

Jayna Benson had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds to lead St. Cloud.  Kiara Anderson had a team high 14 points, including a trio of 3-point field goals.  Point guard Sarah Harris had 4 assists.

The Otters will host Willmar on Thursday night.
