“We did a very nice job defensively tonight,” stated Brandon-Evansville Head Coach Zach Traphagen. “Rotations were on point and the energy and intensity was where it needs to be every game. Offensively we did a great job of staying patient and getting ball reversals so we could get better shots. Grace Otto (16 points, 3 rebounds, 1 steal, 2 deflections) played an outstanding game on both ends of the floor and hopefully that will spark more confidence into her development. It was a fun tournament that Lakeview put on, and we played some pretty good basketball to earn a couple wins.”
Olivia Otto added 11 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 7 steals and 4 deflections, and Kylee Dingwall was also in double figures with 12 points, while dishing out 3 assists.
The Chargers (4-4) will host Rothsay on Friday, January 7.
