“A lot of things went well for us tonight, but we didn’t feel like we played at a level at which we expect to and are capable of playing,” commented Hawley Head Coach Nathan Stoa. “Brady Gratton had a hot hand tonight and we did a good job of getting him open looks. Mason Gratton and Carson Brew continue to guard well and turn that defense into offense.”
Brady Gratton led all scorers with 22 points and Mason Gratton had 18. Brevin Stoa added 14 and Sam Senske finished with 9.
Gavin Snyder led Breckenridge with 11 points and Alex Sanchez was also in double figures with 10. Gavin Pederson contributed 8 points.
Hawley has a 4:00pm home game with Crookston on Saturday, while Breckenridge (0-4) will host Park Christian School at 3:00pm Saturday in a non-conference contest.
