Three Otter Boys Make All-Conference at CLC Cross Country Meet

The Fergus Falls boys’ cross country team placed sixth in the Central Lakes Conference championship meet on Tuesday in Cold Spring, scoring 116 points.  Brainerd took first place with 53, Sartell was second with 94 and Alexandria placed third with 97 points.  Sully Anez of Willmar won the individual title with a time of 16:14.1 and Vincent Kaluza of Rocori was runner-up with a time of 16:38.0.

The Otters placed their top three runners in the top 25, earning All-Conference honors.  They were led by Jaden Miller (17:31.2) in fourteenth place and Conrad Lobb (17:43.2) in eighteenth place.  Jack Welde (18:11.0) was twenty-fourth.

In the JV race, Aaron Shern was the top Otter, placing eighteenth (19:49.2), followed by teammate Alex Burrows in nineteenth place (19:52.4).

In the Middle School race, Kadyn Zender was fourth overall and Nolan Festul was sixteenth.
