"It all started with close 200-300 Mighty Mite elementary runners taking on the course in Perham. Next up the Junior High girls set the tone by taking home the team title by 31 points over Moorhead. Gracie was awesome today and was not afraid to mix it up at the front. At the mile and a half, Gracie was right with the top 3. At one point she even took the lead. It was awesome to see her confidence to run with some of the best runners in the State. Quincy Anderson and Leelou Novotny both ran extremely well earning Top 15 finishes running 19:48 and 19:51 respectively. This was huge for both of these girls. Quincy has been so consistent and from her workouts, you can definitely tell she is gonna continue to get faster. Liz Birkeland, Avalee Brown, Kaia Starzl, and Aspen Rohde rounded out our Top 7.
