The Ottertail Central Bulldogs fell behind early and couldn’t get the bats going in their 7-0 loss to Menahga on Tuesday. Winning pitcher Nolan Haataja allowed just one hit in six innings on the mound, recording 8 strikeouts. Charlie Hodge threw a scoreless inning of relief for the Braves.
Cian Buehler, Wyatt Severson and Tyson Misegades each managed one hit for the Bulldogs. Haataja went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Menahga.
The loss went to Gavin Pausch (6IP, 8H, 7R, 2K, 0BB).
