The Heart O’ Lakes Conference held a girls’ golf meet at Willow Creek Golf Course on Thursday. Mallory Belka of Perham was the medalist with a score of 73. The Yellowjackets won the meet with a score of 185 and Hawley finished second with a 189. Barnesville was third with a 208, followed by Pelican Rapids (223.5), Frazee (237), Breckenridge (244) and DGF (262.5).
Sophie Cook of Hawley was the individual runner-up with an 88 and Ivy Tickel of the Nuggets came in third with a 93. Lexi Kunza of Perham was fourth with a score of 94, followed by Mia Tickel of Hawley at 95 and Rylee Hunt of Perham at 99.
