Alberts Scores 30 to Lead Panthers to Win in Battle Lake

Faith Alberts scored a game high 30 points on Tuesday night, leading the Parkers Prairie girls’ basketball team to a 68-43 Little Eight Conference win in Battle Lake.

“We just couldn’t keep up with the Parkers offense tonight,” acknowledged Battle Lake Head Coach David Marso.

Ady Tysdal and Grace VanErp led the Battlers with 15 and 13 points, respectively.

Battle Lake (5-9) will host Rothsay on Thursday night and Vernale on Saturday afternoon.

Parkers Prairie (11-2) will play host to Swanville on Thursday night and will entertain Henning on Saturday afternoon.
