Perham Overcomes Halftime Deficit to Beat Frazee

Perham overcame a 33-28 halftime deficit to record a 66-64 Heart O’ Lakes Conference boys’ basketball victory over Frazee on Tuesday night.  Finn Diggins led the way with a double-double (27 points, 12 rebounds), while adding 6 assists and 4 steals.

Gabe Thompson finished with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists, and Elijah Morris added 9 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists.

Perham shot 46% (25-54) from the floor and had a 34-24 advantage on the boards.

Frazee was led by 27 points from Jack Courneya and 15 from George FlynnBroden Fleisher added 9 points and 8 rebounds.  The Hornets shot 48% (22-46) and made 14-of-16 free throws.

Frazee (6-8) will play at Hawley on Friday.

Perham (12-2) is at Moorhead on Friday night and at Fergus Falls Saturday afternoon.
