"We came out full court and had them in a 25 to 2 hole, but we allowed them back into the game,” said New York Mills Head Coach Jason Boe.  “We're still not where we need to be in terms of conditioning and game shape.  That will help us in all phases of our game." 

Tate Olson registered a double-double (14 points, 12 rebounds) and also added 7 assists.  Noah Noffsinger (14 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists), Jonah Johnson (12 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists), Derin Gaudette (10 points,7 rebounds, 5 assists) and Breck Hensch (10 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals) were all in double figures for the Eagles.  Isaiah Laudenbach contributed 3 points and 5 boards.

New York Mills (5-2) will have home games on Tuesday against Pillager and Friday against Henning.

Menahga (1-4) will entertain Verndale on Tuesday in their only game of the week.
