“We played our best overall game tonight as a group,” said Head Coach Randy Misegades of Henning. “We were connected as a unit, especially on the defensive end. The energy from our defense carried over to the offensive end. Mason Hammer played very well and stuffed the stat sheet.”
Hammer had 21 points, 15 rebounds, 8 assists and 7 steals to lead the Hornets. Tanner Arndt had a game high 28 points on 12-of-16 shooting and had 3 assists, and Tyson Misegades added 16 points and 3 assists. Joe Angell finished with 6 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists.
