Tate Olson delivered a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds to lead New York Mills.  Jonah Johnson (13 points, 6 rebound, 5 assists), Derin Gaudette (12 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists), Isaiah Laudenbach (5 points, 5 rebounds), Noah Noffsinger (5 points, 4 rebounds), Breck Hensch (4 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals), Trey Gilster (4 points), Cale Rudolph (3 points, 4 rebounds) and Chase Keskitalo (3 points, 2 rebounds) all contributed to the win.

The Eagles (3-0) will go to Mahnomen on Saturday afternoon, while Verndale (2-1) has a road game in Wadena on Tuesday.
