Senior Dawson Bullock played football, basketball and baseball for the Sebeka Trojans.  He is also involved in Band, NHS, BPA, Skills USA, Hunting and Fishing.  Dawson was an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection his sophomore year in baseball and his junior year in basketball.

“Making it to state in baseball during my sophomore year was a top sports memory,” said Bullock.  “Being in sports has made me work harder and learn to be a member of a team.  It also helped me to be a leader.”

“Dawson brings a love of the game to the sport,” commented Head Boys Basketball Coach Jon Lillquist.  “He’s a very talented shooter and works tirelessly to get better.  He’s a great leader with his positive attitude.”

Bullock is planning on earning a Business degree at Minnesota State University – Moorhead.  He lists his favorite school subjects as English and Math.

“Dawson was basically a first time player for football this year (he did play in junior high),” said Head Football Coach Luke Roberts. “Originally we were thinking he would be a wide receiver with his height and his good hands, but he ended up being our center on the line due to circumstances out of our control. Dawson has a great attitude and is willing to do whatever you ask from him, even if he has never done it before. Dawson brought leadership qualities to the team and was a good role model for the underclassmen. I am going to miss coaching him in football. On the bright side, I am assistant coach for basketball and will be able to help coach him for one more sports season.”

Bullock added, “The most influential person in my life is my Dad, for always pushing me to be the best I can be in everything I do.”
