“I was very pleased with the way our team played today in rainy and windy conditions,” commented M State Head Coach Jason Retzlaff.  “I saw a lot of patience and commitment to shots as our team was rewarded with a very solid score.  The depth of our team came through as it was great to have five players in the 70’s.  Wyatt played very well.  After starting off with two bogeys, he really showed some mental toughness to give us a great score.  Grant has also been very steady for us and continued his good play.  We look forward to another day at home Monday when we host our triangular.”

The triangular included Dickinson State and Valley City State.  Tee times begin at 9:00am.

The University of Jamestown won the women’s team title with a score of 337. Dickinson State was second with a 342 and ValleY CitY State took third with a 371.  Paige Argent of Jamestown was the medalist with an 81, defeating VCSU’s Haley Shanks on the second hole of a sudden death playoff.
